How to do the Kettlebell Long Lever Lateral Raise

  1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding Kettlebell at your sides.
  2. With a slight bend in your elbows, raise your arms out to the sides until they are parallel to the floor.
  3. Keep your wrists in line with your elbows and avoid shrugging your shoulders.
  4. Slowly lower the weights back to the starting position and repeat.

Form tips

  • Lead with your elbows, not your wrists, to keep tension on your delts.
  • Avoid shrugging your shoulders — keep them depressed.
  • Use a slow, controlled tempo and avoid swinging the weights.
