How to do the Plate Lateral Lunge

  1. Stand tall while holding Weight Plate with your feet together.
  2. Step one foot out to the side, bending that knee and sitting into a lateral lunge while keeping the other leg straight.
  3. Push off the bent leg to return to the starting position.
  4. Repeat on the other side.

Form tips

  • Keep your front knee directly above your ankle — do not let it drift forward.
  • Maintain an upright torso throughout the movement.
  • Control your descent to protect your knees and maximize muscle engagement.
