How to do the Glute Bridge Bodyweight

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the floor hip-width apart.
  2. Drive through your heels to lift your hips off the ground until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees.
  3. Squeeze your glutes hard at the top.
  4. Lower your hips back to the floor and repeat.

Form tips

  • Keep your chin tucked to avoid overextending your neck.
  • Drive through your heels, not your toes, for maximum glute activation.
  • Squeeze your glutes hard at the top for 1–2 seconds on each rep.
