How to do the Lying Abs Resistance Band

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Attach the resistance band to a low anchor point behind your head and hold the handles with both hands, keeping your arms bent and handles close to your head.
  2. Curl your upper body, bringing your elbows towards your knees while lifting your back off the floor.
  3. Slowly lower your upper body back to the starting position with control.
  4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Exhale as you curl your torso up and inhale as you lower it back down.
  • Keep your feet flat on the floor for better stability.
  • Focus on engaging your abdominal muscles throughout the movement.
